Mail In Your Order


1.) Shop as if you were going to make your purchase(s) online. Just add the items that you would like to purchase into your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD' button under the item(s) that you would like to purchase. When you are finished making your purchase click on the 'View Your Shopping Cart or Buy 'button.		4.). At this point you will have the exact amount of your order, including shipping. Print out 2 copies. Keep one for yourself as a receipt. 2.) Fill out the form in your shopping cart with your name, address, email address and phone number. When you are finished click 'Continue' and that will take you to the page below (Figure 1).
